Account Registration
To open an account, simply click here to follow our 3-step registration process
Send an email from your registered address to memberservices.mea@copart.com, fill the cardholder request form, attach the cardholder ID copy and complete the payment. Fee of AED 105 will apply. Note an account can have a maximum of two cardholders.
Ability to enter the yard and inspect the vehicle only.

Mention the desired security deposit amount, complete the payment from your member dashboard. Once done, your bid limit will be adjusted within 24 hours.
The payment link can be found under the pay online tab.
Fill up the refund request form and send an email from your registered address to memberservices.mea@copart.com. The refund process time takes up to 30 calendar days.
Your membership renewal invoice will be available on your member dashboard, under payments-pay online tab. If your account is expired, kindly send an email from your registered address to memberservices.mea@copart.com, mention your desired membership type and attach your national ID to generate your renewal invoice.
Auction Participation
To preview vehicles, you must be an active member or an active cardholder. To open an account, simply click here to follow our 3-step registration process.
Yes, you can increase your bid price from your member dashboard, by selecting won lots page.
- If you wish to cancel your purchase, a flat relist fee of 20% + VAT of the sale price or minimum AED 2000 + VAT will be applied.
- For Court lots there is no option to cancel the sale.
Your account will be suspended until a decision is ruled by the court against the vehicle. You will be either asked to pay the variance fee as per the UAE law + Copart cancelation fee or a minimum Copart cancelation fee.
If the vehicle is still available, a relist re-award fee of AED 525, late payment fee AED 790 and storage fees will apply if applicable.

Post-Auction – If You Win
With 3- 10 working days depending on the Lot. To view the approval timeframe, kindly select the additional information tab on the Lot page.
- The payment deadline is 3 business days, including day of sale (funds must be received on Copart account within the 3-day period).
- All funds should be credited in Copart Bank account before 5.00 pm, except Friday in the UAE cut off time until 12:00 pm.
- Email the payment details to meafinance@copart.com along with the IBAN transfer, member and lot number before cut off time.
A late payment fee of AED 790 will apply if payment is not received within the 3-day timeframe. If payment is not received after a total of 7 days the vehicle will automatically be relisted, and member will have to settle the relist amount.
An email confirmation will be sent within 3 business hours confirming your payment.
To be eligible for VAT refund, the vehicle must be exported within 90 days after the sale date and the Copart account holder name should be mentioned in one of the export documents.

Include the below documents to process your request:
- Export certificate
- Bill of loading / waybill
- Custom clearance documents
- ID or passport copy
- Mention payment method, bank transfer or al Ansari exchange or keep as unapplied funds.
- If the vehicle is listed as full title, the documents will be ready for collection.
- If the vehicle is listed as title copy, please check the Lot additional information.
Must provide a police report and email it to infouae@copart.com. A fee of AED 350 + VAT will apply and the process time could take up to 1 month.

Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery
The vehicle must be collected within 5 working days starting from sale approval date.
Mandatory delivery lots are highlighted on the Lot information page on the second image.
Member will be charged storage fees after the 5th calendar day after the sale date.
The fees will apply as per below:
- 6th and 7th day (AED 105) per day
- 8th – 10th day (AED 131.25) per day
- 11 days +AED 157.5 per day

Copart Seller Fees
Copart Seller Fees Copart offers two seller fee structures based on the number of vehicles listed per auction:
For 1–4 Lots (DD02):
- Listing Fee Per Vehicle: AED 157.5
- Service Fee: 5.9% of the final sale price
- Retained Fee Per Vehicle: AED 525
- Re-run Fee: 1 free re-run, then AED 262.5 per auction
- Towing: Handled and paid by the seller
For 5 Lots and More (DD03):
- Listing Fee Per Vehicle: Free
- Service Fee: 5.4% of the final sale price
- Retained Fee Per Vehicle: AED 262.5
- Re-run Fee: 1 free re-run, then AED 262.5 per auction
- Towing: Handled and paid by the seller
Used Car Seller Fees (CD91)
- Test Certificate: AED 210
- Listing Fee: Free if the seller delivers the vehicle; AED 262.5 if Copart handles towing
- Sale Fee: 4.9% of the final price or AED 315 (whichever is higher)
- Re-run Fee: 1 free re-run
- Return Fee: AED 262.5
Once the vehicle payment is settled, the member will receive an email with Copart trade licence to change the possession certificate (Hiaza) to Copart's name.
Note: Once the member received an email from Copart, there will only be 3 working days to complete the transfer.
No, you can sell your vehicle as individual seller.
If the seller is a registered business within the UAE and has a TAX number he can collect the VAT.
Vehicle & Auction Information
Copart will provide possession certificate under seller name and will provide a sale contract under the buyers name.

Copart assigns vehicle categories based on condition and location:
- Category M – Salvage Vehicles (Dubai)
- Category Q – Used Vehicles (Dubai)
- Category N – Clean Vehicles with No Damage (Bahrain)
- Category O – Salvage Vehicles (Bahrain)
- Category R – Actual Total Loss Salvage Vehicles (Oman)
- Category S – Clean Vehicles with No Damage (Oman)
- Category T – Constructive Total Loss Salvage Vehicles (Oman)

BID4U is an automatic bidding system. When you enter your maximum bid, BID4U will bid on your behalf during the virtual auction — only increasing your bid as needed, by one increment, to keep you in the lead. This helps you win vehicles for less than your max bid if possible.
Damage codes describe reported damage. Examples include:
- FRONT END – Front part of the vehicle
- REAR END – Rear including boot floor
- WATER/FLOOD – Flood-related interior or mechanical damage
- ROLLOVER – Vehicle has rolled over
- ALL OVER – Multiple damage areas
- MECHANICAL – Engine or gearbox issues

No. Damage codes are based on visible or reported damage. Copart does not guarantee accuracy and strongly advises that members inspect vehicles before bidding.
For CD91 (used vehicle category):
- Test Certificate: AED 210
- Listing:Free if the seller brings the vehicle; AED 262.50 if Copart handles towing
- Sale Fee: 4.9% or AED 315 (whichever is higher)
- Re-run: 1 free re-run
- Return Fee: AED 262.5
A test certificate (AED 210) is required for used vehicles to ensure they meet listing criteria. It verifies the car's condition before auction.
PAV stands for Pre-Accident Value, which is the market value of the vehicle before it was damaged. It's provided by the seller and shown for reference only — not guaranteed by Copart.
- Pure Sale: No reserve; the highest bid wins
- On Approval: The seller has 3 business days to approve the highest bid
- Minimum Bid: The vehicle has a reserve; the seller can approve or reject bids below it
