New Online Request Forms Now Available on Member Dashboard

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Online Request Forms Page, now available directly on the Member Dashboard. With this enhancement, members can simply request for member security deposit refund, tax refund or add a cardholder without the need to contact customer service.

How to Access the Forms:

1. Log in to your Member Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Services & Support menu.
3. Click on Additional Requests.
4. Select the Refund, Cardholder, or VAT form.
5. Fill in the required details and submit the form.
    

This new feature is designed to streamline the refund or cardholder requests, minimize manual effort, and enhance the overall member experience.
