New Document Delivery Process

As part of our commitment to improving your experience, Copart UAE is excited to introduce a new enhanced process for handling ownership documents.

Effective from June 1st, 2025:

• All original ownership documents (New Contracts, Title Changes, Lost/Reissued Documents) will be couriered to your registered address within 1 business day after processing.

• Document collection from Copart offices is no longer available.

• A courier fee of AED 15 + VAT will be payable upon delivery.

• You’ll receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification from the courier to confirm your delivery location and schedule.

This new process ensures:

• Greater document security

• Reduced wait times

• A smoother, more efficient experience for our members
